The East End 5K takes place on Sunday 29th June 2008.
This fun family event is aimed at encouraging people from all walks of life and of all ages and abilities to take part.
The event is aimed at all levels of ability or fitness - you do not have to run the route, you can walk it, hop it, skip it or jump it if you like!

Fun all round with Football United
The newly refurbished Stepford Sports Complex (Edinburgh Road) has now started hosting action packed training sessions twice weekly from 6 – 8pm every Tuesday and Friday, starting TUESDAY 22nd APRIL 2008 and running up until FRIDAY 20th JUNE 2008. The programme will commence again after the Summer break. |
