responsible for driving sales and profit within
store through the delivery of exceptional
customer service, stock management and fantastic
people management skills. Previous retail and
supervisory experience is essential. A knowledge
of health food products would be advantageous but
it is not essential as they will provide full
training. For their Store Managers they have an
extensive bonus scheme in place which can give
excellent earnings potential. They take great
pride in the level of product knowledge their
Sales Associates have and their understanding of
the customers individual needs and as Store
Manager you will lead from the front of getting
your team to the required standard./
