an inspirational and highly motivated Deputy
Manager with the vision and skills to grow our
business. As the Deputy Manager you will support
the Store Manager in building and delivering the
Store Business Plan. You’ll have direct
responsibility for maximizing the sales floor and
by recruiting, training and motivating your team,
you will maximize profit and performance. You
will ensure effective communication to sales
floor team at ail times, informing them of daily
targets and company, operational and produce
changes; assume full responsibility in Store
Managers absence; fully support the Store Manager
in appraising staff through your own observations
and by performance management; through leading by
example, ensure your team deliver world class
customer service; you will be an accomplished
Deputy/Department Manager who has a real passion
for retail coupled with exceptional
organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
and the drive and determination to achieve high
standards.
