Hours: as required PERMANENT
Relief Project Workers are required to work on
an ‘as and when’ basis covering for the absences
of permanent staff through sickness, holidays,
etc.
Previous care experience preferred. The post will
involve shift working, including sleepovers, and
to be available at short notice to cover for
regular
staff by undertaking basic care duties in
projects serving adults with mental health
problems, projects for adults with learning
disabilities, and projects for elderly people.
Relief staff work will work under the direction
of regular staff in the projects to which they
are assigned and are paid on the basis of hours
worked at a fixed hourly rate.
