Hours: 37.5 per week PERMANENT
To organize, supervise and implement a program of
activities encouraging young people13-18yrs
through a variety and diverse range of activities
suitable to the age, physical, emotional and
social ability of all young people. To explore
and determine a growing range of activities inc-
sport, dance, drama, art, video, photography, DIY
etc. within which the young people can experiment
and explore new talents and activities which will
broaden horizons and experiences. Coordinate and
implement PEEK’s 'Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme
Program'. Liaise & contribute to any relevant
youth decision making initiatives in the East End
and beyond and actively assist in the development
of the INFO and RYPI groups and Youth Involvement
Sub Group Action Plan. To ensure all young
person’s attending the project are supervised
appropriately in a safe environment conforming to
the project’s Child Protection Policy and Health
& Safety Guidelines. To supervise any P/T Program
Workers, sessional workers & Volunteers as well
as Young Volunteers and students.
Salary: £19,996 to £22,370
